Father McGivney Council No. 7025 is very active with programs and activities in Church, Family,Fr. Michael J. McGivney, Founder of the Knights of Columbus

 Youth, Community and Council. Our Council has a very active ladies auxiliary which provides much needed support and encouragement on all the projects that we undertake. The Council is located near the intersection of Furnace Branch Road and Baltimore Annapolis Blvd in Glen Burnie, MD near the old lumber yard. Council Meetings
The Council meets on the 1st and 3rd Thursday's of the month. Meetings start at 8:00 PM at
McGivney Point. The McGivney Ladies Guild meets on the 1st Tuesday of the month at 7:30 PM at McGivney Point.

About Our Council
Father Michael J McGivney Council was founded in 1978 through the efforts of charter members Joe Cook, Thomas Balbier and Bud Sohn. It is named after Father McGivney, who founded the Knights of  Columbus. Our Council works closely with the several Parishes in the Glen Burnie community. These include Holy Trinity, Church of the Crucifixion, Church of Good Shepherd and St. Philip Neri. Many of our Council projects are geared towards helping collect donations and providing activities for mentally handicapped children in Northern Anne Arundel County.  The Council celebrated it's "Silver Anniversary" at a Gala event held January 25th, 2003.  Twenty-eight years of the "McGivney Way"...
